About the role

Užduotys: Tyrimo klausimyno parengimas (remiantis klientų aptarnavimo standartu) Instrukcijų slaptiems pirkėjams parengimas; Projekto paleidimas DIVE Online sistemoje ir eigos stebėjimas (kiek vizitų išskirstyta, kiek atlikta, kiek pateikta klientui); Slaptų pirkėjų užpildytų anketų skaitymas (pirmą kartą anketas peržiūri ir sutvarko redaktorius, o prieš jas pateikiant klientui PV atlieka double-check); Nuolatinė komunikacija su klientu (informavimas apie statusą, netipinių situacijų paaiškinimas, problemų sprendimas); Nuolatinė komunikacija su vidinėmis grandimis – PV dirba kartu su koordinatorių (ieško slaptų pirkėjų) ir redaktorių (redaguoja užpildytas anketas) komandomis; Anketų analizė bei įžvalgų ir rekomendacijų klientams pateikimas.
