Data Science Manager - Data Analytics

At Urban Sports Club our aim is to create a world where everyone enjoys doing sports, whether that is in the gym, studio, outside in the park/ beach or from the comfort of your own home. We are ambitious in our plans to grow and cater to a wider user audience, B2B and B2B2C users alike. Our goal is to reach 1 Million customers and data sits in the middle of it all. While our Data Platform engineering team empowers consumers of the data, our Data Analytics team supports with delivering customer insights, in-depth analytics, and delivery of machine learning products to support our Product Development department in our goal to serve personalized experience to our base of members, partners, and corporate users in the near future.  We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to join our Product Data Analytics team and to work closely with Analytics Cluster, Data Platform team, Tech and Business teams. You will be responsible for helping us scale our personalisation efforts inside our products and elevate deep-dive analyses with a solid data science foundation.

• Shape, lead, and serve a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists at Urban Sports through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and hands-on career development.
