Route Development Manager (B2B sales)

Tasks includes: ●Identify, analyse and develop new route opportunities and attract new routes and airlines to Lithuanian Airports; ●Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing airlines and third parties(regions, other airports, tourism bodies, etc.) to gather analytical and route rationale data as well as promote connectivity; ●Initiate and oversee joint marketing activities with airlines, to increase passenger numbers and connectivity of Lithuanian Airports; Requirements: ✅Have a proven(2+years) track recording global B2B sales ✅Knowledge and experience in airline/airport business would be are all benefit ✅Good analytical, negotiation and organisational skills ✅The ability to travel up to 30% of the time
