Management Information Specialist

Job Purpose:

• Management Information & Planning analysis and reporting
• Analysis and monitoring of key Business strategy, proposals, processes and projects
• Provide management with crucial decision-making information daily, monthly quarterly and annually Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the preparations and generations of timely, accurate and reliable Financial Statements from the SAP System on monthly basis and submission of all monthly financial accounts and management information by the due dates.
• Constantly review the chart of accounts with a view to making it template complaint whilst ensuring that it serves the interests of the business through satisfying their management information needs.
• Supervise the pricing MDG focal point to ensure timely and accurate capturing of selling prices in SAP. Conduct regular reviews of selling price changes for accuracy.
• Monthly review of actual to plan performance for all Business Units and cost centers.
• Monthly Management Information Reporting to VE Central Team.
• Analysis for the Annual Planning process (HPL, HFM & Oracle BI interface).
• Analysis of new Business proposals – Investments & Divestments [Investment Proposals and CAPEX Reviews].
