We are in search of a proficient Technical QA Engineer to join our expanding team and contribute to the refinement and enhancement of our conversational commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end and back-end applications, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience across various channels and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop test plans, execute test cases, and automate testing processes to maintain high standards of quality assurance. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and product features in collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of web applications across multiple devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of new releases.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automated test suites using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback to continuously improve our development and QA processes.
