Western Union powers your pursuit. In this role you will be a part of Financial Planning & Analysis Centralized team and responsible for the Agent Business Case and Incentive Bonus processes. Role Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate, timely and comprehensive financial performance analysis to finance, business, and management teams.
• Estimating future performance based on trends and other available information.
• Retrieving and consolidating data from various databases.
• Supporting month end close process execution and communicating with accounting and regional finance teams.
• Coordinating the annual agent incentive process, monitoring payments and incentive letter signings.
• Preparing financial profitability reports for new agent signings and renewals.
• Developing and recommending policies and procedures to management and business partners.
