Senior Business Operations Manager - Product & Technology (Science & AI)

Are you a seasoned Senior Business Operations Manager who can bridge Product and Technology and has experience with Science & AI? If so, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing business operations team and work closely with the SVP Data & Science and GM of AI Product. You will be a trusted advisor and a critical execution partner to senior leaders, shaping and influencing key business process activities.

• Drive the execution and continual improvement of operational and planning activities, including establishing and tracking OKRs and metrics. 
• Proactively identify and shape opportunities for improvement and synergies across operations.
• Drive strong business and commercial outcomes, helping steer and measure capital allocations to the areas of highest priority in a data-informed way. 
• Facilitate and guide your division and teams to effectively prioritise, measure and report on key metrics, working closely with the Insights & Analytics function and the relevant finance business partner.
