Job Responsibilities:

• Consult and serve Xplor Growth Built-For-You (BFY) Customers on their marketing automations  
• Deliver excellent quality customer service to BFY customers by proactively consulting them on their customer journey communications 
• Deliver best in class services in the boutique fitness industry to drive BFY customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, and month over month retention 
• Support in building a consultative high-touch product by incorporating automated ways to deliver marketing consulting at scale 
• Efficient and timely launch and implementation of services with a high level of accountability 
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for delivery of services to Xplor BFY customers 
• Has a blend of SaaS and consulting knowledge and can apply that background to evolution of BFY
