Head of Engineering & HSE

Zentiva, a pan-European producer of generic medicine, is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our esteemed Product Supply leadership team in the role of Global Head of Engineering & HSE. In this role you will drive Engineering and HSE strategies in alignment with comprehensive business objectives, making significant contributions to ongoing operations, and guiding high-performing teams to excellence. You will be a key member of the Product Supply leadership team. If you have at least 15 years of general engineering and HSE experience with at least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and an outstanding technical knowledge to deliver safe and fully compliant technical solutions, join our winning team and help us deliver affordable medicine to the people who’s health depend on them. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Own the process of Engineering and HSE across the organization, design and develop the strategy and related policies and drive a community approach across the organization to ensure strategy implementation
• Design production site Engineering and HSE blue print organization, establishing fundamental engineering, sustainability and HSE processes and develop capabilities in the sites
• Ensure all facilities, utilities and equipment are designed and operated in a safe and effective manner and are compliant with applicable standards
