As part of the Customer Success Group (CSG) Strategy, Planning, and Insights team, you’ll cover our Professional Services business (inclusive of Services Partners) to drive insight through hypothesis driven analysis, support annual and quarterly planning, define north star and scorecard Professional Services metrics, and create scalable reporting across key Professional Services measures to continuously interrogate root-causes and find opportunities to optimize our go-to-market motions and monetization across Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams and across customer geographies and industries.
