Strategic CSM’s are responsible for formulating Success Plans that are aligned with our most important and strategic customers’ over-arching Business Objectives. The Strategic CSM will bring Alteryx's best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to their portfolio of accounts and match these to their customers' business goals, driving greater business value. It is the Strategic CSM's responsibility to become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within those organisations.
