We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Lines P&C Underwriter who is committed to learning and growing as a valuable team member. The ideal candidate will possess commercial Property and Casualty experience. Your role as a Junior Program Underwriter is to review program coverage terms and conditions, establish premiums, and prepare referrals that recommend appropriate actions. You will also participate in negotiations with brokers on coverage terms and conditions, pricing, and other midterm requests. Strengthening broker partnerships and promoting the value of Aviva is a key responsibility, as is staying up to date with market trends and operational excellence.
