BankingLab is seeking a talented IT recruiter to join our team! As an IT recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and headhunting top talent in the HR & Recruitment industry. We are looking for individuals at all seniority levels - from junior to lead - who have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the IT industry. Requirements:

Experience in sourcing and headhunting
Knowledge of HR & Recruitment practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English language skills (both written and spoken)
