Global External Workforce Compliance Lead

About This Role  The Global External Workforce Compliance Lead is responsible for overseeing the policies and procedures related to the external workforce program and any related projects in support of contingent & services (SOW) labor globally. This role is a critical partner to any non-employee engagement. The Global External Workforce Compliance Lead will consult on policy/compliance and drive localized strategy & governance. This role will also drive and implement innovative solutions to help optimize the external workforce function and enhance the business, stakeholder, and supplier experience.   This role reports into the Director, HR Strategic Sourcing and PBS Program.
