Turkiye Country Manager & Compliance Officer

Position Summary: The Country Manager/Local Director will lead our local operations and compliance framework in the designated country or region, ensuring adherence to both local and international regulatory standards including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Terrorism Financing). This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, managing all aspects of trade operations, market competitiveness, and compliance within the given region.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the compliance officer and board member/director within the local market/region, including Turkiye and the UAE
• Initiate and manage local banking relationships, facilitate the opening of new accounts and secure necessary local licences
• Oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of capital flows, market pricing, and P2P advertising strategies to ensure optimal profitability and market competitiveness
