About the roleAs an Engineering Manager, you'll lead and grow a team of talented and motivated Database Reliability Engineers building Bolt’s core database infrastructure. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading and growing a talented, motivated team of Database and Software Engineers
• Organizing the team’s work, finding opportunities to improve processes and collaboration, and ensuring the quality of team deliverables
• Driving the self-service and self-healing architecture, technical excellence and reliability of the Database infrastructure handling terabytes of data daily and being a central tool for Bolt’s data-driven culture
