Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role As the Global Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes of Bolt. This leadership position requires a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in FP&A, business partnering, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will drive financial performance analysis, forecast accuracy, capital allocation decisions and provide insights that contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Your daily adventures will include:

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Develop robust forecasting models to provide timely and accurate financial projections, considering market trends and business dynamics
• Establish a comprehensive reporting framework that provides executive leadership with actionable insights into financial performance
