Junior Central Operations Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the central operations team and report to the Maintenance & Warehouse Manager. About the roleThe role has full ownership for the global warehouse processes where they will drive safety, consistency and efficiency in our operations while maintaining a high standard of quality. Also, this role will require analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization. You will be working closely with our local operations, as well as with HQ teams such as Hardware, Product, & Legal. Your daily adventures will include:

• Support the warehouse teams through defining precise operational processes with a focus to strong operational execution and results;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across our operations to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization;
• Advise and closely collaborate with operations across the globe, as well as HQ teams such as Hardware, Product & Legal;
