Senior Data Analyst, People

As a Senior People Data Analyst at Bolt, you will help build a growing and high performing workforce for one of Europe’s fastest growing organisations.You will do this as part of a small team that works at the intersection of product design, organisational psychology, analytics, behavioural economics and critical thinking. About the roleThe Senior People Data Analyst is responsible for providing insights, advanced analytics, creating dashboards  and supporting the People Leadership and Management Team. This role collaborates closely with People leaders (i.e. Talent Management, People Partners) to align performance and compensation analytics with the people initiatives and objectives.
