We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our new Rider team to contribute to our team vision: improve our Rider’s experience! About the role As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for 3 main leverages to make sure our Riders have a great journey: the management of all categories offered to our Riders in France, maximize Rider retention and increase the number of rides from non-standard use cases in our platform like airports and venues. You will be directly responsible for our category management which means launching categories across the French market. You’ll also design strategies to increase the performance of both our standard and non-standard categories. Last but not least, you’ll create partnerships with key venues for our Riders.
