Senior/Staff UX Researcher, Ridehailing

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who can effectively balance user-centred and business aspects while negotiating between. You'll play a key role in understanding and translating customers' needs into actionable insights that fuel business growth. Every day, tens of millions of people across the world use Bolt's ride-hailing service to move around. As the research lead in the Ride-hailing team, you'll be responsible for leading all global user research related to Riders and/or Drivers, which is critical to the business's success. Bolt will not be able to support your relocation to Berlin_.
