Technical Support Engineer - Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Operations and be key to scaling our business effectively! About the roleAs a Technical Support Engineer for Integrations, you will play a crucial role in providing technical solutions to our partners within the food delivery vertical. You will guide them through the process of integrating with our platform, ensuring smooth implementation and testing.  Your daily adventures will include:

• Managing incoming integration requests from integrators and reaching out to POS companies
• Guiding implementation and choosing suitable integration data flow based on use cases and merchant challenges
• Helping integrators with testing our solutions and best practices
• Establishing and managing relationships with integrators and monitoring integration processes
• Keeping track of tasks across various projects using tools like Jira and Slack, and prioritising tasks accordingly
