We have a new role in our client services team, based in our Riga office. The Client Services Assistant will provide outstanding operational support to our clients: banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions. This role will be reporting to the Head of Client Services. What You'll Do

Monitor, facilitate and troubleshoot client operations, including but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting verification of client representatives
- Adding new customers
- Dealing with incidents
- Assisting with pending transactions
- Requesting input from the Risk and Compliance Dept. for threshold change
