About the role

Housing Manager EF Côte d’Azur (France) March-August 2024 EF Côte d’Azur is looking for an energetic and caring Housing Manager. The successful candidate will join our Housing & Student Service department under the supervision of the Summer Campus Manager. She/he will be responsible for providing accommodation and non-academic services to our youngest international students (aged 13-17). This a fixed term position open from March until the end of August with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards. Key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to: • Provide our junior students with quality host family/junior residence accommodation service throughout their stay. • Recruitment and retention of local host families• Follow-up on students’ weekly feedback • Enforce school rules and policies at the junior residence and host families.• Manage and follow-up on students’ discipline & welfare issues.• Organization of students’ airport transfers • Communication with EF sales offices (concerning booking confirmation, students’ arrivals, discipline & welfare)• Maintenance of related paperwork and database records• Share emergency on-call duties with other school staff on rotating basis.
