About the role

We're looking for a motivated and driven Contract Manager - Global Business Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

You are part of the contract team within the Global Business Excellence department.
You have to ensure you are responsible for efficient and target-oriented global contract management.
You are responsible for the legally compliant drafting and formulation of partner contracts in cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g. Legal department, Business Development, Project Management, Finance).
You coordinate, create and implement contract amendments at global and local levels (change log management).
You answer and support with any questions about the contract(s) and are responsible for providing knowledge about the contract(s) towards all internal stakeholders.
You form an interface between the business, the specialist departments and the Legal Counsel in charge. ### Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You have a legal or commercial educational or study background as well as at least 1-2 years of professional experience in contract management.
