HR Generalist

Flow Traders is looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR & Recruitment team in Hong Kong. The role will focus on providing operational support to our employees across Singapore, Hong Kong and China. • Be the first point of contact for employee questions, providing operational and HR support as you address both in-person and email queries
• Manage the administration of APAC benefits including medical insurance, leave days etc.
• Support with the administration of the HR system to keep employee records up to date
• Responsible for the administrative requirements for onboarding new joiners and supporting current employees, including the drafting of contracts (new hires / transfers), letters, preparation of employer statements etc.
• Support on relocation matters for internal transfers
• Support on visa processing
• Maintains a positive work environment by championing employee engagement. Partner with Office Management to run these events from time to time.
