As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be involved at every step of the hiring process from sourcing and attracting to finding the right people to fill our open roles in Finland and the UK, and also elsewhere if needed. Working alongside our HR team, you'll play an important role in creating great candidate experiences and ensuring the best talent joining our company, contributing to both our culture and success. • Communicating with the hiring managers about the recruitment needs
• Handling the hiring process and using an ATS system
• Creating job ads and posting on job boards and social media
• Sourcing potential employees on LinkedIn and other relevant sites and creating candidate long/short lists for the hiring managers
• Assessing candidates and selecting interviewees together with the hiring team
