About the role

The position

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our central RevOps team based in Berlin! As a RevOps Manager, you will be an integral part of our hyper growth journey, by optimizing processes, ensuring high-quality data integrity, streamlining workflows, and maximizing the effectiveness of our CRM platform. In our relatively new team, you will be working directly together with the Revenue Operations Lead to build out every possible efficiency for our Growth Team. Also, you will be able to significantly shape the way we do growth at Hive - you are not a number, but a key driver of our success. Experience in CRM Management: Expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
