People Team Administrator

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join us as our People Team Administrator. As our People Team Administrator you will manage day to day administration tasks for the People Team at Iglu in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the HR Business Partner but taking instruction from all areas of the People Team they will take responsibility for administration of the department.  This will include being a point of contact for any HR enquiries but also liaising with internal and external stakeholders for the business. The holder will have administrator rights in our HRIS, people team drive, and the HR inbox and must be knowledgeable about and adhere to GDPR regulations. • Administrate new starter process – liaise with IT and facilities, create new starter paperwork, update HRIS records and create new hire packs,
• Book travel and accommodation for inductions,
• Deliver inductions with the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner,
