Test Manager

As a Test Manager at Kahoot!, you will plan and coordinate the testing efforts for a dedicated team of testers, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers, playing a critical role in the development lifecycle to deliver engaging and reliable educational products. You will report to the QA Manager in Oslo. In this role, you will:

• Schedule Testing Sessions: Monitor the project's development stages, schedule testing sessions based on milestones, and conduct necessary test sessions.
• Plan and Coordinate Testing Tasks: Ensure all ticket descriptions are comprehensive and prepared for efficient tester initiation.
• Monitor Testing Progress: Follow up on daily testing results, guide testers in incident management, and clarify issues with appropriate stakeholders.
• Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in planning meetings and daily stand-ups to align with team and project goals.
• Perform Manual Testing: Conduct manual functional testing to support the testing team and uphold testing standards.
