We are looking for Application Lead Engineer for Channels area. Within an agile squad you will be responsible to represent IT operations - applications support and reliability. In close co-operation with application support, development and infrastructure engineers you will be driving meaningful resiliency, observability and reliability improvements of channels IT systems. The success of this role is highly appreciated by Luminor customers since they rely their business operations on us. What You Will Do:

• Collaborate across broad Technology division stakeholders, including IT operations, development, architecture, service management teams, to maintain highly available and scalable systems
• Monitor and lead stability initiatives for infrastructure reliability and high performance of production systems
• Design and drive initiatives to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively identify early outage symptoms
