Construction Project Manager | Energy Projects

Manifest EPC Business Line is looking for a Construction Project Manager for its projects, an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Energy sector to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing energy construction projects (i.e. Solar PV Parks) from inception to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, design team and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver diverse and impactful energy projects.

• Participate in the feasibility assessment of the project in coordination with the Manifest teams
• Define the project's requirements (equipment, personnel)
• Conduct site visits and preparing quotations to establish the budget
• Identify technical specifications for RFQ and contracts in coordination with the engineering department (applicable standards, expected deliverables, documentation, etc.)
• Coordinate the design of plans based on defined specifications
• Participate in the procurement process in coordination with the procurement department
• Initiate purchase requests while adhering to established procedures and contribute to the assembly and argumentation of investment requests
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
