Insight Analyst

We are looking for a Insight Analyst with a strong iGaming background. This role focuses on analyzing and interpreting data specific to the iGaming industry to provide insights, support decision-making, and enhance gaming experiences. You will have an opportunity to:

• Gather, process, and analyze large volumes of iGaming-related data to conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses across various aspects of the business, providing insights into performance, trends, and optimization opportunities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing cleaning, validation, and quality checks
• Calculate and evaluate ROI, and potential revenue gains or losses of business initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze financial, behavioral, and engagement key performance indicators (KPIs) of our customers across all business units
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using visual aids like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, along with storytelling techniques
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, including marketing, product, CRM, customer support, and others
