Job Description

A day in the life of an Application Support Agent: As a 1st line Application Support Agent, your daily focus is on promptly addressing end-user inquiries and issues related to our software applications. You're the initial point of contact, providing professional and effective assistance to users. Your tasks include troubleshooting, documentation updates, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance existing applications. You will be part of the external RASFF/AAC team at the Directorate General for Health and Food Safety .
