Project Manager

Responsible for oversight of the assigned project from the Concept Phase forward, and as such will assist Technical Engineering in the Design Phase, and Project Engineering’s Construction Manager in the Construction Phase, in accomplishing all project-related activities. Ensure that in the transition from the Design Phase to the Construction Phase and on into the first part of the Operational Phase, all documentation related to the Project is handed off from Design team, to Construction Manager, to the Drilling Superintendent.QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in the Petroleum industry and 10 years of experience in Project Management and Scheduling software.
• Experience in managing multi-million dollar engineering and construction projects.
• Experience in counseling and mentoring of personnel.
• Experience in leadership and management, including presentation and facilitation techniques.
• Strong independent thinker, familiar with process improvement and process consulting.
• Strong organization skills, an ability to multi-task, work under pressure, establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Work independently and with groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
