Compliance Monitoring Manager Norway AOC

The Compliance Monitoring Manager reports to the Accountable Manager and is responsible for the compliance monitoring function and for requesting remedial actions. The role is based at Norse HQ in Arendal, Norway. Joining Norse you will be part of a multi AOC Group operating B787s worldwide. The accepted person shall possess the following: i. relevant knowledge i.a.w.AMC1 CAMO.A.305(c) (a) to (i), background and satisfactory experience related to aircraft continuing airworthiness management and demonstrate a working knowledge of the relevant regulations; and ii. relevant knowledge and experience of UK (EU) 965/2012 operator requirements for Air Operations and the relevant training i.a.w AMC1 ORO.GEN.200(a)(6)(e). The Compliance Monitoring Manager will:

• Ensure that allocation of time and resources for training in relation to compliance monitoring is tailored of time and resources to Norse Atlantic’s size and complexity as indicated in MSM section 3.3.2.
• Ensure the Compliance Monitoring Program is properly implemented, maintained and continually reviewed and improved.
• Chair regular compliance meetings with key personnel to ensure that all non compliance’s are followed up with the appropriate remedial action.
