About the role

We're looking for a bilingual CSM to join our growing team! You must be fluent in English and Finnish but you'll be focused primarily on supporting our Finnish customer base. You'll be responsible for onboarding, training and answering support queries. You should be tech savvy, motivated and confident in maintaining relationships with users throughout the whole customer lifecycle. Technical skills and experience are a bonus! We're happy for you to be based either in our Tampere or Manchester office. Nursebuddy’s mission is to make everyday flow of home care so easy that all the focus is on the quality of care. We have low hierarchy and very relaxed culture.
