HR Specialist

PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced HR Specialist who will have overall responsibility for implementation of corporate HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring their compliance with the local labour laws. HR Specialist will coordinate employee service requirements, which includes and are not limited to areas such as: organization of trainings, administration employee benefits and leaves, implementation of HR policies, delivery of HR induction, fulfillment of employee requests, employment documentation, filing of records, etc. Key Responsibilities & Authorities

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources Department by assuring the timely coordination and communication of all HR-related issues between regional and HO central offices.
• Assist in the recruitment process by arranging interview schedules, screening CVs and conducting interviews.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Deliver disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures as per corporate procedures and in accordance with the local labor legislation.
• Help organize training & development initiatives.
