Knowledge Management Architect

PLANET S.A the leading Greek management and engineering consulting firm, is looking for a full-time Knowledge Management Architect. As a Knowledge Management Architect at PLANET, you will be responsible for developing taxonomies, systems and policies related to analyzing, organizing and synthesizing information resources for effective retrieval, creation, and maintenance of company’s knowledge assets (files et al), providing reference services, and disseminating knowledge assets within the company. The Knowledge Management Architect is expected to play a pivotal role within PLANET by managing the flow of knowledge related information and ensuring that knowledge assets are effectively shared and utilized. Responsibilities:

• Develop taxonomies, policies and procedures for knowledge management, including guidelines for knowledge creation, retention and sharing
• Design and implement strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance knowledge flow across organizational units
• Conduct research to identify and gather relevant knowledge from both internal and external sources
• Facilitate knowledge exchange among employees, teams, and organizational units
• Implementing tools and platforms for sharing best practices and expertise that best suit the organization’s needs
• Promote a knowledge-sharing culture by demonstrating the value of knowledge management and encouraging participation to the relevant processes
