With what results are the position supposed to contribute?

Leading the legal team, including ensuring that the team has the necessary resources, legal competences, organisational structures, cooperation, business understanding, etc., in order to deliver on the responsibilities.
Deliver high quality legal advice to the Statkraft BAs and SAs, having a thorough understanding of the business, relevant markets, the company and its organisation, objectives and strategies.
Use the understanding of the business, the company and relevant areas of law to proactively identify legal risks related to the matter at hand and legal risks affecting the Statkraft Group as a whole, and recommend measures mitigating such risks.
