Du bör ha god erfarenhet inom sushi och japansk matlagningskonst. Du skall vara ambitiös, älska sushi och vara passionerad för det japanska köket. *Du har känsla för kvalitet och vet att god mat och noggrann rengöring hänger tätt samman *Du drivs av att vara delaktig i att alltid leverera en smak- och restaurangupplevelse *Du brinner för att sätta gästen i centrum *Du har god samarbetsförmåga och en positiv utstrålning *Du tycker om att verka i ett företag som ständigt utvecklas *Du kan ta eget ansvar *Du kan hantera stress Vi lägger stor vikt vid personkemi, yrkesstolthet och att du har ett öga för detaljer.
