About the team We are seeking an accomplished Director with a proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and operational excellence in high-stakes environments. In this pivotal role, you will lead our programs and teams responsible for investigating auto crime incidents, securing assets, responding effectively to incidents, and maintaining robust relations with law enforcement agencies across the United States. The ideal candidate excels in developing crime mitigation strategies, leveraging data for insights, and enhancing collaboration between internal and external partners to ensure a safe, secure, and trustworthy marketplace for our global customers. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and will report to our Head of Trust & Safety. What you will do
