We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following position tenable in Gaborone.Legal ManagerJob Purpose: Provide and procure legal advice, to manage legal risk on the activities of the Vivo Energy Botswana Limited and to any joint ventures established by that company, including cross-border matters; to administer company secretarial services; and to provide advice on other matters arising to the Managing Director and to the Board of this/these company/ies. Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage the provision of a prompt, comprehensive legal advisory service to Vivo Energy Botswana Limited and its affiliates or joint ventures by advising, consulting, negotiating and drafting agreements with all stakeholders: - including customers (individual consumers and businesses) and suppliers, and managing litigation by or against this company – always working collaboratively with business colleagues and Vivo Legal Team members in all Group companies.
