About this job

As the Sales Manager at ONEiO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by optimizing and executing sales strategies targeted toward our ideal customer profile. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, converting leads into customers, and achieving revenue targets. Your work directly impacts and contributes to the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Optimize and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new customers who fit our ideal customer profile. This includes identifying new target accounts and key stakeholders, understanding their pain points, and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking. Use creative approaches to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to potential customers. Customize presentations and product demonstrations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Manage leads and opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting according to our Sales Playbook.
